If you are a case manager or survivor advocate, please fill out the Request a Flight form as thoroughly as possible. Every question asked helps us acquire the information necessary to effectively coordinate transportation options. We do our best to fulfill every request. However, we operate completely on the generosity of volunteer pilots and therefore may not be able to assist in every case.

If you are requesting our services for the first time, we have an agreement that must be signed to ensure that your case management agency is completely responsible for ensuring proper and legal case management. When you fill out the form, we will respond with the necessary information. Email flights@freedomaviationnetwork.org if you would like to proactively make these arrangements.
